The Residence at North Penn was previously managed by Greystar Worldwide, LLC™ and was sold by North Penn Owner, LLC™. This acquisition marks Weidner’s 10th property in Oklahoma City and their 15th community in OK.
The Residence at North Penn is located in the Brasswood neighborhood and is less than 20-minutes north of downtown Oklahoma City and 15-minutes southwest of downtown Edmond.
