This acquisition marks Weidner’s 10th property in Milwaukee and 16th community in Wisconsin. The communities were built between 2018-2019, and each building has commercial retail space on the ground floor.
Weidner took a unique approach with their acquisition of Vim + Vigor by combining the property with their other community, Frederick Lofts Apartment Homes, located on Juneau Avenue in downtown Milwaukee. The three buildings are renamed Vim + Vigor Lofts and operate out of one leasing office. Vim + Vigor Lofts’ structure provides a unique and customizable apartment experience with its different living options offered in one cohesive community.
