The Altman Companies Assumes Management of 248-Unit The Ivy Residences at Health Village Apartment Community in Orlando, Florida

ORLANDO, FL - The Altman Companies, a nationally recognized developer, builder and manager of exceptional rental apartment communities, is pleased to announce that it will now be managing  The Ivy Residences at Health Village, a 248-unit apartment home community located on 3.4 acres in the Florida Hospital Health Village in downtown Orlando.  A division of The Altman Companies, Altman Management was hired by Frankforter Group, a Canadian-based real estate investment and asset management firm, to manage the community.
