Martinez for supporting the development at a ribbon-cutting ceremony held at the community this morning. “We completed AHS Tamiami in a record-breaking nine months to help meet the overwhelming demand for value-centered rental housing that continues to surge in Miami-Dade County,” said Ballina.
AHS Tamiami is a the three-story, garden-style community offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 610 to 1045 square feet featuring open concept kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and central air conditioning.
