SPRINGDALE, AR - On Wednesday, May 19, 2021, Weidner Apartment Homes, a real estate investment and property management company, acquired the community Highland Park Apartments in Springdale, AR, from Orchard Properties. Weidner is recognized industry-wide as an efficient provider of quality rental homes and a creative developer of new housing.

Highland Park is Weidner’s first apartment community in the Springdale and Arkansas rental market. Weidner’s VP of Public Relations and Government Affairs Greg Cerbana says, “Weidner is thrilled to tap into a new rental market with our flagship Arkansas community, Highland Park Apartments.”

Highland Park is comprised of 12 buildings; 11 are three-story residential buildings, and one contains the indoor community amenities and the leasing office. The community holds 264 units and offers six different floor plans ranging in sizes between 696 to 958 square feet.

The community provides easy access to Interstate 49 and Highway 421, making some of Arkansas’ greatest natural attractions and cities accessible to residents. Highland Park sits 15-minutes from downtown Springdale, where national corporations like Tyson Foods and Northwest Health are headquartered. Residents also live 20-minutes to other large cities like Fayetteville, home to the University of Arkansas campus, and Bentonville, the headquarters for Walmart and the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. Highland Park offers close proximity to the area’s outdoor attractions like Fayetteville Park, The Blessings golf course, Beaver Lake, and Fitzgerald Mountain.

Highland Park features luxurious touches to each apartment to elevate the space and create a comfortable and welcoming environment. With six different floor plans ranging between one and two-bedroom homes, residents can select a layout that matches their needs and lifestyle. Each home includes granite countertops, an in-unit washer and dryer, central air conditioning and heating, and a private balcony. Additional features like crown molding, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors polish the space. Highland Park also offers Wheelchair Accessible rooms.

This pet-friendly community provides residents with several amenities to create a greater sense of community and expand their living area. Highland Park’s shared spaces include an outdoor pool, a clubhouse, a pet play area, a fitness center, outdoor grills, a playground, a cabana, a picnic area, a multi-use room, bike storage, and secure key fob entry.

“Weidner is excited to manage our first Springdale and Arkansas apartment community that residents will be proud to call home.” Said Greg Cerbana.
