Innovation Strategy and New Systems Support Manager Drives Marketing Department Expansion to Fuel Growth at RedPeak

DENVER, CO - RedPeak, the full-service apartment owner, operator, developer, and acquirer focused on Colorado's Front Range, announced the formal Innovation component as part of its growing Marketing & Innovation Department led by Faith Aids.

The robust technology audit will welcome RedPeak into its third decade as Denver’s trusted real estate provider.

Faith Aids’ return to RedPeak’s Marketing Department in 2020 resulted in an almost immediate promotion to Director of Marketing & Innovation. Her work with RedPeak from 2013-2018 established the company’s tech-focused marketing strategy, and awarded her the AAMD Tribute Award for Most Outstanding Marketing Professional. During her time as VP of Marketing and Branding at Laramar, Aids led the rebrand of the Local by Laramar platform, corporate rebrand and website development for Laramar Group, and the implementation of Recognize, Laramar’s first nationwide employee recognition program. In her new role at RedPeak, Aids will oversee RedPeak’s formal change management process and the Marketing and Innovation teams.

Joining Aids’ team is Leslie Parker, a strategic hire as the new Marketing Manager position. Parker’s impressive resume includes over 25 years of industry marketing experience at AIMCO, MAA and Laramar, supporting communities in more than ten states including new development lease-ups, small buildings, and conventional and affordable housing assets. No stranger to expansion and scale, Parker has a history managing large portfolios of over 60 properties and 18,000 units; and has received numerous awards and accolades in her career for marketing and culture contributions.

The latest appointment in the department's thoughtful expansion will be for the new Systems Support Manager reporting to Faith Aids. Innovation will be of utmost importance to the role, with a strong history of implementing software programs and organizational efficiencies. The Systems Support Manager will work closely with internal teams and external tech suppliers and integrators to ensure the smooth execution of the Marketing & Innovation pipeline.
