Colliers Mortgage Closes $9.5 Million Fannie Mae Acquisition Loan for 132-Unit Churchill at St. Andrews in Columbia, South Carolina

MINNEAPOLIS, MN - The Atlanta office of Colliers Mortgage, part of Colliers International | U.S., recently closed a $9.5 million Fannie Mae loan for the acquisition financing of Churchill at St. Andrews, a 132-unit market rate multifamily property located in Columbia, South Carolina. 

The Property was constructed in 1972 and includes 21 two-story garden-style buildings.  

The 10-year term/30-year amortization Fannie Mae loan was arranged for borrower, St Andrew 123 LLC.
