Sunrise Management Expands Portland Office With Addition of Amy Cleveland as Regional Real Estate Manager to Oversee Portfolio

SAN DIEGO, CA - Expanding its new Portland office, San Diego-based Sunrise Management, which has specialized in managing multifamily properties since 1978, has added Amy Cleveland as its newest regional real estate manager. In her new role, Cleveland oversees a rapidly expanding portfolio of value add and class A properties throughout the Portland market.

“Amy has an excellent track record in the Portland market as well as extensive experience in operations management, team training and development, property acquisitions/disposition and budgeting/forecasting,” said Joe Greenblatt, president and CEO of Sunrise Management. “Her considerable expertise will be instrumental as we continue to expand throughout the Pacific Northwest.”

An accomplished real estate professional, Cleveland has fifteen years of property management experience – including the administration of various mixed-use projects, lease-ups, value add and stabilized urban and suburban communities. She was most recently area property manager for Portland’s The Spanos Company, where she devised and implemented policies and procedures to ensure seamless property management activities for properties throughout Oregon.

She also worked as a regional property manager for Greystar's Portland offices and worked with Riverstone Residential Group as a property manager.

A licensed real estate broker in Oregon, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management and leadership from Portland State University.
