SEATTLE, WA - CBRE announced that four multifamily specialists have joined its Seattle office: Spencer Clark, Peter Wright, Reed Hunter and Beau Meitl. In partnership with CBRE’s market-leading institutional multifamily team of Eli Hanacek, Jon Hallgrimson, Frank Bosl and Kyle Yamamoto, the four will focus on multifamily property investment sales across the greater Puget Sound region, with a special focus on private capital, small investor groups and local developers.

Spencer Clark joins CBRE as a First Vice President. Previously with Marcus & Millichap’s National Multi Housing Group, Mr. Clark brings experience in executing apartment sales around the Puget Sound region, completing $200 million in sales over the last five years. Mr. Clark ranked among the top 10 agents in Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office and is a multiple winner of the firm’s national achievement award. He received a degree in Economics and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College.
Peter Wright joins CBRE as a Vice President. Previously a Senior Investment Advisor at Paragon Real Estate Advisors, Mr. Wright represents owners, investors and developers of apartment buildings across greater Seattle. His expertise includes evaluating opportunities to develop land for new multifamily projects, where clients benefit from his thorough understanding of local zoning. He has closed more than 100 transactions over the course of his decade-long career in commercial real estate. A Seattle native, Mr. Wright is a University of Washington alumnus, earning degrees in Economics and Architecture in addition to a Certificate in Construction Management.
Also coming from Paragon Real Estate Advisors, Reed Hunter joins CBRE as a Vice President. Born and raised in Seattle, Mr. Hunter grew up in the industry, surrounded by a family legacy of apartment development and ownership. He officially began his commercial real estate career in construction and project management, running his own business for eight years before turning to apartment brokerage. Today, Mr. Hunter applies his first-hand experience in ownership and construction to helping clients identify and execute sound multifamily property investments. He graduated from Gonzaga University with a degree in Business.
Finally, Beau Meitl joins CBRE as an Associate. Mr. Meitl started in the industry as a market analyst for The Clark Group at Marcus & Millichap, eventually transitioning to a brokerage role with the firm. A Bellevue native, he specializes in multifamily investment advisory, valuation and transaction services. Mr. Meitl studied Hospitality Business Management at Washington State University.
