M&R Development Welcomes First Move-Ins and Opens Two Models at 42 Hundred on The Lake Apartments in Milwaukee Submarket

ITASCA, IL - M&R Development has announced first move-ins and the debut of two decorated models at 42 Hundred On The Lake, its new 236-unit luxury apartment building overlooking Lake Michigan in St. Francis, Wisc., just 5 miles south of downtown Milwaukee.

While ground-floor apartments come with a patio, upper-floor apartments come with a balcony, either covered or uncovered. 

In addition to enjoying breathtaking views from their residence, first move-ins at 42 Hundred On The Lake also have access to a wide assortment of community amenities and activities, including a two-story clubhouse complete with an entertainment kitchen with large dining table; 24-hour complimentary coffee bar; private lounge; business center with private conference rooms; and a game room.
