National General Contracting Firm FaverGray Announces Promotion of Jimmy O’Leary from Assistant Project Manager to Project Manager

JACKSONVILLE BEACH, FL - FaverGray announces the promotion of Jimmy O’Leary from Assistant Project Manager to Project Manager.

O’Leary joined FaverGray in January 2017 after graduating from Florida State University with a double major in Business Finance and Real Estate and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Construction from the University of Florida.

O’Leary began his career at FaverGray assisting on the initial buy-out and planning for the Parkside at the Beach project, located in Panama City Beach, Florida, prior to embarking on his field assignment. In the field, O’Leary quickly excelled and grabbed the bull by the horns! His eagerness to learn, tireless work ethic, and initiative were paramount to the success and early turnover of the project.

The Parkside at the Beach project was recognized by the Associated Builders and Contractors Association with an Excellence in Construction Pyramid award.

O’Leary has taken the knowledge gained from Parkside at the Beach and applied those principles to the MetroWest project in Orlando where his dedication and hard work have a tremendous impact on a larger project.

FaverGray is eager to see O’Leary’s continued career development within the company and looks forward to his continued success.
