RMK Management Awarded Management of 133-Unit The Kent Luxury Apartment Building in Chicago’s Lincoln Park Neighborhood

CHICAGO, IL - RMK Management Corp., one of the Midwest’s largest market-rate apartment management firms, announced it has been selected to oversee property management for The Kent, an 19-story, 133-unit luxury apartment building in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. Located at 2625 N. Clark St., The Kent is owned by Strategic Properties of North America.
