RightQuest Breaks Ground on 198-Unit Siena Round Rock Luxury Apartment Community in Austin Suburb of Round Rock, Texas

ROUND ROCK, TX - RightQuest Residential has broken ground on Siena Round Rock, a 198-unit luxury apartment community located in Round Rock, TX, one of the largest suburbs of Austin.  The development is positioned on approximately 13 acres at the northeast corner of CR 110 and CR 112.

The site is approximately two miles due west of TX 130, providing direct access to 79, 45, and I-35. This location provides a Class A, luxury community to booming Round Rock and the northern Austin area which has seen tremendous population and job growth over the past decade. The property is also adjacent to the Siena master plan single-family development.

The site’s proximity to 130 provides congestion-free access to Austin’s Bergstrom Airport and Tesla’s recently announced gigafactory, located approximately 30 minutes to the south. Additionally, Amazon announced construction will be complete in 2021 on an 820,000-square foot fulfillment center located approximately 10 minutes south of the development that will create 1,000 full-time jobs. The property is also located within a 10-minute drive to over 15,000 jobs, including Dell’s US Headquarters, Kalahari Resort and Convention Center, and major medical centers including Texas A&M Health Science Center, Baylor Scott & White, and Seton Medical Center. The site is located within five miles of major retail centers, including the Round Rock Premium Outlets and other name-brand big-box and in-line retail and restaurants.

RightQuest began working on the project in early 2019, hiring the Allen-based architectural firm Cross Architects and the Austin office of the national civil engineering firm Kimley-Horn to coordinate the design. The General Contractor for the project is Dallas-based Maker Bros. Construction who has mobilized onsite. The Houston Group originated the conventional construction financing for the deal.

The development has several Class-A amenities and upgrades which will top any of the dozen or so ground-up multifamily developments RightQuest has completed in Texas since it began working in the region in 2007.  These amenities include a resort-style clubhouse with a media center, business center, state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, poolside cabana/BBQ areas, private dog yards, large dog park, amenitized pavilion, detached garages, onsite storage facilities, covered parking, smart home technology, and several other Class A amenities.  The property will offer Amazon smart home features and full Spectrum Fiber services, which promises to serve the community with the fastest internet speeds available in the area.  Most living spaces will include private patios/balconies, 9-foot ceilings, large walk-in closets, gourmet kitchens, washers/dryers, upgraded appliances, and granite countertops.  Rents range from $1,158 to $1,578 per month for efficiency, one, and two-bedroom units.  The first units will be available for occupancy in the spring of 2022.
