ANN ARBOR, MI – McKinley is pleased to announce that it has added three new communities totaling 950 units to its Residential Client Services management portfolio. The three communities are Royal Isles in Orlando, FL, 312 Riverside in Marshall, MI, and Residences at Bexley Woods in Columbus, OH. Management teams are already in place and value creation strategies are being developed.
"The McKinley Team is excited to add these three communities to our management portfolio", said Alexandra Jackiw, Managing Director of McKinley's Residential Client Services. "We are especially pleased that two of the three management assignments are new clients for McKinley, while the third comes as a result of a long-term client relationship -- a strong testament to our excellent reputation in providing successful outcomes for our clients. As with all of our residential management assignments, we look forward to working hard to build long term value for our clients, as well as consistently exceeding our residents’ expectations."
