MINNEAPOLIS, MN - The Atlanta office of Colliers Mortgage, part of Colliers International | U.S., recently closed a $4 million Fannie Mae loan for the refinancing of Athens Highlands located in Athens, Georgia.
The market rate multifamily property was constructed in 1969 and renovated in 2003 and includes 64 units located throughout 16 two-story apartment buildings as well as an additional single-story leasing building.
The 12-year term, 30-year amortization Fannie Mae loan was arranged for borrower G2 Athens Highlands, LLC.
