Davis Enterprises Announces Grand Opening of 144-Unit The Neil Modern Apartment Community in Mount Laurel, New Jersey

MT. LAUREL, NJ - Davis Enterprises has opened the doors to its new luxury residential building in Mount Laurel, delivering 144 new apartments and stunning amenity space.

Known as The Neil, the property is located at 503 Fellowship Rd, and includes a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes. The Marlton based developer marked the building’s opening and the launch of the leasing earlier this month.

“Pre-leasing of the building is better than expected”, said Mitchell Davis, owner of Davis Enterprises.  “We are touring the building all day with prospective tenants.  I’ve never seen an interest quite like this in any of our properties.”

The Neil features upscale interior design in each apartment and provides convenient access to local dining, retail and all major highways.

Inside the building, residents have access to amenities such as the community lounge with a seating area surrounding a fireplace, a high-end fitness center, a game room and kitchen area. The Neil also features private garage parking, a dog wash and park, and a large outdoor patio and grill station.
