KW Property Management & Consulting Adds Nearly 1,500 Units to Its Growing Portfolio Across South Florida Market

MIAMI, FL – KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING, a premier residential property management company and one of South Florida’s fastest-growing private companies overall, continued its aggressive growth with the addition of three new community assignments totaling nearly 1,500 units. The condominium and HOA communities are located in Miami Beach, Key Biscayne and Port St. Lucie.

In Miami Beach’s North Beach neighborhood, KWPMC is now overseeing the Sterling Condominium at 6767 Collins Ave. The 184-unit condo building was constructed in 1991.

KWPMC also took over management of the 1,179-unit Key Colony Homeowners Association at 235 Crandon Blvd. in Key Biscayne. The luxurious four-condominium Key Colony community spans 40 beachfront acres with numerous resort-style amenities including a private beach, tennis courts and Olympic-size swimming pools.

In Port St. Lucie, an area experiencing significant growth, KWPMC was hired to manage the luxury Tesoro HOA community at 2000 SE Via Tesoro. To date, custom homebuilders have completed 107 homes at Tesoro. The community will eventually have more than 900 high-end homes.

Tesoro is KWPMC’s first Port St. Lucie community.
