Colliers Mortgage Closes $19.4 Million in Fannie Mae Financing for 180-Unit The Pointe at Cabot Apartments in Cabot, Arkansas

MINNEAPOLIS, MN - The Minneapolis office of Colliers Mortgage, part of Colliers International | U.S., recently closed a $19.4 million Fannie Mae loan for the refinancing of The Pointe at Cabot, a 180-unit market rate multifamily apartment property located in Cabot, Arkansas. 

The property has 14 two- and three-story apartment buildings, a single-story leasing office building, and a single-story pool building. Community amenities at the pet-friendly property include a swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse, business center and cyber café, and outdoor grilling and picnic areas.

The 10-year term, 30-year amortization Fannie Mae loan was arranged for borrower The Pointe at Cabot, LLC.
