CBRE Completes Sale of Fully Entitled 26.92 Acre Land Tract in Denver's Central Park Neighborhood for Multifamily Development

DENVER, CO - CBRE announced today that it completed the sale of 26.92 acres of vacant land at the southeast corner of Central Park Boulevard and Northfield Boulevard in Denver, Colo., to Mid-America Apartment Communities, based in Germantown, Tenn.

The tract is in the Central Park master plan, formally known as Stapleton, and is entitled for multifamily development. 

Eric Roth and Martin Roth of CBRE’s Denver office represented the seller, FEI Holdings, a family office based in Greenwood Village, Colo.

“This site is a premier apartment development opportunity in one of the most sought after master-planned communities in the entire metro area,” said Eric Roth, senior vice president. “With development potential of up to 1,000 units, we expect that the buyer will enjoy a significant pipeline in Central Park for years to come.”
