SCOTTSDALE, AZ - Multifamily Leadership, producers of high-level events within the multifamily industry, as well as producers of the Multifamily Innovation® Podcast, Multifamily Innovation Magazine, and weekly live event, Innovator with Patrick & Carrie, announced this week that they will broadcast 8 events over the next year to cover the topics of innovation, operations, technology, investment, and product showcases.
Multifamily Leadership has continually been at the forefront of innovation within the industry by seeking out experts who can transform your business and making their content readily available through their Netflix-style platform, Multifamily Studios®, as well as through their aforementioned podcast, magazines, and weekly live event show.
First up is the weekly LIVE event, Innovator with Patrick & Carrie, which features new innovations in technology, marketing, and leadership to provide the fastest way to even more profits. This event features a fresh perspective from industry innovators both inside and outside the Multifamily Industry, and is a great opportunity to learn what can be imagined for Multifamily from other industries and leaders. It is also a great way to kick off the weekend with some great energy with live musical performances each week.
Next up on the lineup for 2021 is the Multifamily Investment Summit on January 13-14, hosted by Patrick Antrim, CEO of Multifamily Leadership and Tanner Bickelhaupt, multifamily investor and founding principal of The Tanbic Company. John Soforic, author of The Wealthy Gardener, rated in the top 10 financial books of all time, will also make a special guest appearance. This summit will focus on topics such as protecting investor wealth during downturns, financial engineering traps investors should avoid, cap rate vs. return on cost, the future of Class B properties, why averages lie, fee transparency in deals, and much more. Since the investment market is constantly changing and shifting, an additional Multifamily Investment Summit will be held with brand new topics in July 2021.
The Multifamily Operations Summit will take place in March 2021. The inaugural Ops Summit was held in June 2020 and featured 20 expert speakers with over 3,000 worldwide viewers. Topics include recruiting top talent, managing during a crisis, proptech outlook, the future of leasing, smart home technology, emotional intelligence, access control for virtual leasing, maintenance teams, and everything related to owning and operating apartment communities.
The Multifamily Innovation Summit, traditionally held in conjunction with the Best Places to Work Multifamily® program awards, has been reimagined and will take place twice in May and November 2021. This summit will include informal talks about managing the apartment of the future, shifting paradigms on the future of leasing and the power of leveraging people as their last real competitive advantage.
The highly anticipated Multifamily Women’s Summit with a live, in-person option will be taking place in September of 2021 in Scottsdale, Arizona. This Summit, featuring Jessica Fern, Director of Training and Development for FPI Management, and many other industry experts will feature content around women’s influence at the executive level, engaging teams, getting out of your own way, shifting customer expectations, and more. Writer, director, comedian and thought-leader Lyndsey Hailey will entertain and delight the audience as well.
Last but not least, the official Best Places to Work Multifamily® awards show will take place in December each year where the recipients of this prestigious designation will attend the live broadcast with every single team member and associate across the country. Sure to be one of the most exciting and highly attended events in the industry, the Best Places to Work Multifamily® awards show will honor top management and supplier organizations within the industry. This event is not limited to companies who receive the designation. In fact, all organizations within the multifamily industry are encouraged to attend in order to find out what these best-in-class companies are doing to receive this highest of honors.
In short, Multifamily Leadership continues to lead the way in live events, live broadcast, and thought-leadership by reaching audiences in ways that allow for everyone to continue to be a part of the conversation, whether they’re in the same room or across the country.
