PLEASATON, CA - Dahlin Group Architecture Planning has earned 5 Grand Awards and 13 Awards of Merit in the 2012 Gold Nugget Awards. One of the nation’s most prestigious design and planning competitions, Gold Nugget honors design and planning excellence throughout the United States and internationally.
Dahlin Group’s Grand and Merit Award winners were celebrated June 28 in San Francisco as part of PCBC, an annual conference and exposition for real estate development professionals. The awards reflect the firm’s recent achievements in seniors housing, attached and detached new home communities, renovations and specialty spaces, and mixed-use projects.
Gold Nugget entries came from throughout the United States and internationally. This year’s competition drew 456 entries, which were judged by a panel of architects, planners, builders and other real estate development professionals.
“Dahlin Group can be rightly proud of their Grand and Merit honors,” said Gold Nugget Judge Amy Albert, Design Editor of BUILDER magazine, competition co-sponsor. “Dahlin Group was competing in a pool of truly excellent entries, and their award winners exemplify the innovative, high quality concepts development teams are producing in diverse and challenging markets.”
