The 224-unit 455 at Tinner Hill is located in Falls Church, VA and the 276-unit The Alexander Apartments is located in Alexandria, VA.
The addition of these two communities, 224 and 276 apartment homes respectively, increases the total Grady Management, Inc. portfolio to nearly 12,000 apartment homes in Maryland and Virginia.
