DENVER, CO - CBRE Capital Markets recently arranged the refinancing of Stanford Place III, a 367,445-sq.-ft. Class A office building in Denver, Colo., with a $49 million loan from Prime Finance. CBRE represented the borrower, Angelo Gordon. SteelWave serves as the property manager.
Stanford Place III is located at 4582 South Ulster Street in the Denver Tech Center, with immediate access to I-25 & I-225. Institutionally owned and maintained, the property has been recently renovated with upgrades to the building entrance, lobby, common areas, conference room and fitness facility. In addition, the property offers a deli/café and tenant lounge, structured parking (73% covered), 9-ft. ceilings, a new training center and secure bike barn, 360-degree views, and highly efficient 22,000-sq.-ft. rectangular floorplates suitable for a variety of users. Major tenants include AIMCO, RS&H, and Kimley Horn.
