SPRINGFIELD, MO - TLC Properties is amid construction on their most recent Springfield development, a 55+ community, Monarch Apartments. The 128,000 square foot, 112-unit Monarch Apartments is located at 611 W. Sunset Street and slated for completion in spring of 2021.
The project, which cost around $14.3 million, is being developed by Team C Construction, part of the Coryell Collaborative Group suite of businesses. Support for the project is provided by H Design Group LLC, Mettemeyer Engineering, LLC, Lee Engineering & Associates, LLC, and CJD Engineering.
Monarch’s floorplans will range from micro-studios to 3 bedrooms with luxury, senior-friendly amenities and community spaces. Features include a hot tub, pool with sundeck, accessible fitness center, yoga/therapy room, tennis court, resident library, and more, encouraging a community-friendly, atmosphere for building relationships through shared amenities, community spaces, and events.
TLC Properties is currently taking applications for pre-leases and expects Monarch to follow the success of the company's other Springfield 55+ communities: Tera Vera, Veranda Vistas, Coryell Heights, and Coryell Commons.
Monarch Apartments will offer 24/7 emergency maintenance, secure entryways, and security patrol.
