Roger B. Kennedy Construction Breaks Ground for Wendover’s New 131-Unit Hartland Station Apartments in Atlanta, Georgia

ATLANTA, GA – Orlando-based Roger B. Kennedy Construction broke ground for Hartland Station Apartments in Atlanta, under an $18 million contract with an affiliate of Wendover Housing Partners, Orlando. Located at 2060 Fleet Street SW, the three-story, 131-unit project was designed by Slocum Platts Architects, Orlando.

Kennedy has constructed numerous apartment communities for Wendover Housing Partners in Jacksonville, Key West and Orlando, Fla., and its latest, in Atlanta, is slated for completion in May 2021.
