ORLANDO, FL – Orlando-based Roger B. Kennedy Construction broke ground in June for The Avenue on Oakland apartment community under a $47 million contract with UNICORP National Developments, Inc., Orlando. Marking Kennedy’s fifth major project for UNICORP, the upscale 342-unit complex will be located at 17210 Oakland Avenue (SR 438) in Oakland, west of Orlando, and will include four four-story apartment buildings, carriage buildings, a clubhouse, pool and other amenities.
Designed by Slocum Platts Architects, Orlando, the 16-acre project is slated for completion in December 2021.
