Dougherty Mortgage Closes $8.4 Million Fannie Mae Loan for Arbor Crossing Apartment Community in Valparaiso, Indiana

MINNEAPOLIS, MN - The Oak Brook, Illinois office of Dougherty Mortgage recently closed an $8.4 million Fannie Mae loan for the refinancing of Arbor Crossing Apartments, a 138-unit market rate multifamily apartment property located in Valparaiso, Indiana. 

The property was constructed between 1967 and 1979 and consists of 16, two-story townhome buildings and 3, three-story apartment buildings.  The property also features a one-story leasing office and a one-story maintenance/garage building. 

The 10-year term, 30-year amortization loan was arranged for borrower Arbor Crossing Housing, L.L.C.
