Berkeley Point Capital Welcomes Executive Joe Turitz

BETHESDA, MD - Joseph Turitz recently joined Berkeley Point Capital LLC as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in its Bethesda, MD headquarters.  Joe is one of a number of corporate executives that the firm is adding following its recent acquisition by entities affiliated with WL Ross & Co. LLC and Ranieri Real Estate Partners.

Joe spent the last eleven years at CapitalSource Inc., a publicly-traded commercial lender, most recently as its Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary.  Prior to his tenure at CapitalSource, Joe had stints at Hogan & Hartson L.L.P. (now Hogan Lovells US, LLP) and Arnold & Porter.
