Roger B. Kennedy Construction Breaks Ground for New139-Unit $15 Million Providence Reserve Apartments in Lakeland, Florida

LONGWOOD, FL - Orlando-based Roger B. Kennedy Construction broke ground for the new 139-unit Providence Reserve apartments in Lakeland, Fla., its second senior living community for Banyan Development, under a $15 million contract. Located at 1175 Providence Reserve Drive, the 142,485-square-foot community will include three two-story apartment buildings, a clubhouse and related site work consisting of 15 acres.

The project was designed by Forum Architecture & Interior Design, Inc., and is slated for completion in September 2020. Kennedy recently completed Banyan Cove senior living apartments in DeLand, Fla., which was also designed by Forum.
