BAY HARBOR ISLANDS, FL - An affiliate of Miami, Florida-based Atlantic | Pacific Communities (A|P Communities) is kicking off the new year, ready to welcome residents home, as they announce the completion of The Bristol, a newly constructed 96-unit apartment home community in San Antonio, Texas. The development marks the fourth affordable housing community developed by an affiliate of A|P Communities in the San Antonio metropolitan area.
Located at 7810 Old Tezel Road, the development is a mix of affordable and market rate units. Amenities featured include a fully equipped clubhouse, playground, and swimming pool.

The community offers affordable rents that appeal to a wide spectrum of San Antonio residents earning different income levels from 30%-60% of the area median income for the affordable units and no income restrictions on the market rate units.
A|P Communities’ affiliated companies are scheduled to break ground on their fifth development in the San Antonio metropolitan area early this year. Atlantic | Pacific Management (A|P Management), the property leasing & management platform under A|P, will handle all property management responsibilities.
