HOUSTON, TX - The Morgan Group, a leader in upscale multifamily development, construction and property management, has hired veteran real estate developer Richard A. Buck as Southeast Regional Vice President based in South Florida. In this new role, he will be responsible for sourcing multifamily development prospects for Morgan primarily in major Florida markets, Atlanta and the Carolinas.
"Morgan has been in the southeast for more than 15 years, developing properties in Atlanta, Charlotte and Nashville, in addition to south, central and north Florida," said Chairman and CEO Mike Morgan. "In south and central Florida alone, we've developed more than 2,450 units at a cost of over $315 million. Richard brings a great deal of depth to our development team with his extensive experience in all the major southeast markets.
