MINNEAPOLIS, MN - Dougherty Mortgage recently closed a $3.8 million Fannie Mae loan for the refinancing of Cedar Ridge Apartments, a 64-unit market rate multifamily apartment property located in Grand Island, Nebraska. 

Standard apartment amenities include air conditioning, ceramic tile, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer and walk-in closets.  

The Property was constructed in 2006 and is comprised of 33 two-bedroom units and 31 three-bedroom units throughout four two-story buildings. The 12-year term, 30-year amortization loan was arranged for borrower Cedar Ridge Apartments-Grand Island, LLC.
