HOUSTON, TX - Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc. is pleased to announce that District Manager, Brandy Campbell, of its Houston office, has acquired a CAPS (Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor) designation. The CAPS program is a facet of the National Apartment Association and helps designees achieve additional professional credibility, industry recognition and personal growth and development.
Requirements to receive the CAPS designation include a minimum of 24 months of experience working as a multi-site property supervisor, the completion of 40 course hours in the CAPS program and the completion of all examination requirements within 24 months of declaring candidacy for CAPS.
