David Casper brings over 20 years of multifamily real estate experience to ARA. He has focused exclusively on the Southern California market throughout his career, and has successfully completed approximately $1.4B worth of sales volume and closed nearly 200 transactions, totaling approximately 16,000 units.
David credits much of his success to his expertise of the Los Angeles market and will bring his extensive knowledge of the market to ARA, where he is specializing in 20+ unit sales throughout all of the North Los Angeles County including the Sherman Oaks, Studio City, North Hollywood, Burbank and Glendale markets. David has vast experience in multifamily sales and has worked with a diverse range of properties from conventional market rate apartments, affordable units, and REO sales, and has completed transactions of all sizes, including a large amount of portfolio sales.

David joins ARA most recently from Hendricks & Partners where he was an Associate Partner for over seven years. Previously, he spent five years as a Senior Vice President with Grubb & Ellis working as an active participant in the Institutional Services Group, and worked as the Director of Asset Management with Western National Group.
