Best Workforce Housing – NEW CATEGORY ALERT!  
Bet on the success of your workforce housing project, a multifamily for-sale, or rental development whose residents earn income roughly from 80% to no more than 120% of the area median income. Targeted towards "essential" workers, such as first responders, teachers, nurses and service workers, these communities uplift an area; however, they are not recipients of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.
