Greenwater Announces the Acquisition of 236-Unit Manzana Grove Apartments in Fort Worth, Texas

MIAMI, FL - Greenwater announced the acquisition of Manzana Grove at 5925 Callaston Lane Fort Worth, TX. The asset includes 236 units and spans an area of 9.98 acres.

In accordance to its previous strategic investment in the booming city of Fort Worth, Manzana Grove stands out because of the property’s unique attributes and favorable location. Both communities are located at the intersection of the heavily transited I-30 and I-820, which facilitates access to the DFW metro complex area.

Greenwater will implement a strong capital expenditure program to renovate and remodel the asset entirely. This program will concentrate on renovating existing amenities and implementing a professional fast-soccer court, illumination, fitness areas and a pet park.
