SAN ANTONIO, TX - The newest luxury multifamily home offering from Embrey Partners gets under way this month, the company announced. The real estate transaction closed Feb. 14, 2020.
The 296 Class A Luxury apartments are adjacent to Hill Country Village and conveniently located on Hwy. 281 between Loop 1604 and I-410. The development will be known as the Estates at Hill Country Village.
"Embrey has an outstanding record of creating premier communities in San Antonio," said Jimmy McCloskey, Executive Vice President for Development. "We worked closely with officials from Hill Country Village to ensure that our community concept plan would fit the context of the adjacent neighborhood."
The development will feature a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment units with rents ranging from $1,200 to $2,500 per month. The property will feature limited access gates, a fitness center and studio with on-demand virtual training, a game room, and both covered and garage parking.
First occupancy is expected sometime in the second quarter of 2021. Completion of construction is anticipated in early 2022.
