Boutique-Style Luxury Apartment Community Opens in South Park Area of Downtown Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES, CA - E on Grand, the new 115 unit DTLA luxury apartment community by 4D Development and Investment announced its opening. Moss & Company has been appointed to manage the community, which is the latest mixed-use project in the continued housing boom of the Downtown Los Angeles region.

Located on the corner of Pico and Grand, E on Grand is just steps from the best shopping, fine dining and entertainment Los Angeles has to offer, including Staples Center and LA Live. According to Costar, more than 6,000 new residential units have delivered in Downtown LA since 2014, and demand for the new apartments has been robust.

David Pourbaba, 4D Development’s President and CEO, stated, “We designed E on Grand with precise focus on the resident experience. We are bringing boutique-style living to the South Park area where our residents will enjoy a community feel, robust common space, and balconies in every unit.” Pourbaba continued, “Our focus was to make the building a real home to the residents, not a typical apartment complex.”

The 7-story building will consist of studio, one and two bedroom apartments. All floorplans are designed with luxury features including up to 12 foot ceilings, frosted glass balconies, stainless steel appliances, high end cabinetry and countertops, and washers & dryers. The residents at E on Grand will enjoy access to an outdoor entertainment area with a wet bar, a sky terrace with a barbeque grill, a resident lounge with Wi-Fi, a fitness center and an oversized spa. Starbucks will be anchoring the ground floor retail.

“We are very excited to work with David and his team at 4D Development & Investment. E on Grand is a unique property in a booming area of DTLA and we look forward to executing his vision,” said Chris Gray, Moss & Company’s Executive Vice President
