CHARLESTON, SC - Blaze Partners and Bailard announced a newly formed partnership to pursue the acquisition of multifamily communities throughout the Southeastern United States.
The Companies, having recently launched their first joint venture together, seek to identify additional value-add and core-plus multifamily acquisition opportunities throughout primary markets in the Southeast.

The team, based out of San Francisco, CA, is led by Preston Sargent. Blaze Partners, headquartered in Charleston, SC, focuses on acquiring and operating rental housing communities and has acquired approximately $200 million throughout the Southeast since launching in 2016.
