Campus Advantage and Pinecrest Partners Announce Grand Opening of 382-Bed Student Housing Community

KNOXVILLE, TN – Construction is complete at The Knox, a 382-bed, 101-unit student housing community within walking distance of campus at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Resident occupancy will begin on Aug.13, with some early move-ins scheduled for the first week of August. The public is invited to tour the property at any time to experience Knoxville’s newest in luxury student living.

The Knox community features three, four, and five-bedroom apartments. Located at 1511 Clinch, less than 100 feet from the campus, residents will enjoy unmatched access to the university.

The community is comprised of two buildings that surround an open-air, yet private, entertainment deck boasting two oversized hot tubs, grills, hammocks and an outdoor theatre area. The Knox also features gated garage parking, a state-of-the-art 24-hour fitness center, a coffee bar and private study rooms.

Each fully furnished apartment features common areas appointed with wood-style flooring and a 42-inch flat screen television, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, cable television and high-speed wireless internet service.
