PHOENIX, AZ – Investment Property Associates and real estate developer The Rockefeller Group recently announced the opening of phase two at their Liv Northgate apartment community in Gilbert. They are now leasing new floor plans and featuring a number of added amenities.

Phase one at Liv Northgate with 254 units, already boasts a variety of one, two and three-bedroom units with access to a 24/7 Liv Fit fitness center, environmentally-friendly saltwater heated pools and spas and the Hub’s amenities that include an entertainment kitchen, a large screen TV, pool table and variety of games, and a fireplace with comfortable seating areas.
Phase two is comprised of an additional 148 one, two and three-bedroom floor plans with square footage of 780 to 1,313. The new units consists of 44 one-bedroom one-bathroom, 88 two-bedroom two-bathroom units, and 16 three-bedroom three-bathroom floor plans that all include spacious walk-in closets, full size washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The new phase also features a splash pad, a sport court, playground, lawn chess and a number of added outdoor entertainment areas.
