Balfour Beatty Communities Hits Portfolio Milestone of Owned and Managed Residential Units

MALVERN, PA - Balfour Beatty Communities, a nationally recognized residential real estate investment and management firm, continues building on its success in the multifamily housing market. Following its recent engagement by Philadelphia- based Sky Management to manage close to 800 units in Pittsburgh, PA, Balfour Beatty Communities’ portfolio has grown to more than 50,000 units.

While Balfour Beatty Communities is long established and well respected in both the military and student housing sectors, this new contract reflects the organization’s strategic, long-term approach for leveraging its existing success in the conventional multifamily market.
