The new, environmentally sustainable waterfront project will include four 2-story luxury townhomes, each complete with incredible amenities and designer finishes. The Island Colonial-style architecture was designed to maintain the historical feel of Sailboat Bend, Ft. Lauderdale's only residential historic district. In addition, Stellar Homes Group is building Velero using eco-friendly construction practices and materials such as LEED certified metal roofs, Green Logic paint, LED recessed lighting packages, and more.
