CHARLOTTE, NC - Ginkgo Residential announced the acquisition, through its investment affiliate, of Pepperstone Apartments located in Greensboro, North Carolina.
The approximately 10.1 acre property is comprised of 108 one and two bedroom, garden style apartments that were originally constructed in 1991.

Pepperstone is located approximately 5 miles from downtown Greensboro, near the intersections of Interstates 73, 40 and 85.
