Putting Green Adds Color To Sales Office

New Story
ORLANDO, FL - How do you impress wealthy buyers looking for homes, real estate and luxury residential designs in the Orlando area? How about installing a putting green on the 16th floor of your sales office. That's what Stirling Sotheby's International Realty recently did, adding the putting green to its Sky Terrace patio atop The Plaza office condominium in downtown Orlando.

Roger Soderstrom, founder and owner of Lake Mary-based Stirling Sotheby's International Realty, said a local division of Sunshine Synthetics MFG Inc., a manufacturer of recreational surfaces, created the putting green to help showcase products along with his Global Gallery's luxury real-estate offerings in the penthouse design studio.

"We think it may be the highest putting green in Central Florida, and we don't know of anything like it in the whole state," Soderstrom said

The design studio in Stirling Sotheby's Global Gallery serves as a showcase for upscale design and dcor, furnishings, amenities and various consumer products.

Sunshine-greens, a division of the manufacturer-direct, synthetic-turf, putting-green company, is based in Central Florida.
