EAST PEORIA, IL - Capstone On-Campus Management announced its recent selection to assume management of WoodView Commmons, a student housing community on the campus of Illinois Central College, East Peoria, Illinois. WoodView is owned by Educational Foundation Student Residence, LLC.
Located along Woodview Lane, the community provides living for 330 students in efficiency, two, and four bedroom apartment style living arrangements. All apartment units have complete kitchens and are fully-furnished. The community amenities include a clubhouse with game room, computer lab and laundry facility, and basketball and volleyball courts.
