Watercrest Senior Living Group Celebrates Official Groundbreaking of Pelican Landing in Florida

SEBASTIAN, FL - Watercrest Senior Living Group joined Walker & Company construction, MBV Engineering and Sebastian city officials to celebrate today’s groundbreaking of Pelican Landing Assisted Living and Memory Care in Sebastian, Florida. Watercrest Senior Living Group, the developer, owner and operator of the 65,000 square foot, 89-unit senior living community, plans to open the building to residents in the spring of 2016.

Pelican Landing Assisted Living and Memory Care will feature 63 assisted living and 26 memory care apartments with gracious accommodations and outstanding care in a thoughtfully planned senior living community. Ideally located in the heart of Sebastian at 13085 US Highway 1, the neighboring area offers diverse workspaces, retail and entertainment centers, residential neighborhoods, the Sebastian River Medical Center, and a charming riverfront district with unobstructed views of the intra-coastal waterway.
