New Ownership Invests More Than $3 Million in Upgrades to CastleRock at Denton Student Apartments

DENTON, TX - The new owner of the 192-unit CastleRock at Denton Student Apartments is transforming the property into Denton's premier value housing option for students of the University of North Texas and Texas Women's University. With more than $3 million being immediately spent on property improvements, CastleRock at Denton is poised to be the top student housing option in Denton. The apartment units at the complex will receive a complete renovation including new stainless steel kitchen appliances, hardwood plank flooring, new furniture including memory foam mattresses, modernized kitchen and bathroom fixtures, ceiling fans and new 42-inch flat-screen televisions.
