First New Apartment Community for the 55+ Crowd Opens in Costa Mesa, California

COSTA MESA, CA - Azulón at Mesa Verde, a 215-unit age-qualified market rate apartment community, is now open in Costa Mesa with nearly 70 apartments occupied. The Santa Barbara-style, resort-inspired project for renters 55+ was developed by Costa Mesa-based M.V. Partners. Azulón is located at 1500 Mesa Verde Drive East, at the corner of Harbor Boulevard and Mesa Verde Drive East, 1 ½ miles south of the 405 freeway.

Situated on 7.5 acres, with 40 percent community open space, Azulón is adjacent to Mesa Verde Center and offers residents direct access to the adjoining neighborhood retail center. The Santa Barbara architecture and meticulously-designed landscape celebrate a creative blend of indoor and outdoor spaces, extensive amenities, and easy access to neighborhood conveniences.
