LARGO, FL - Dockside Investors VII, a Florida based multi-family development company, breaks ground this month on a new upscale multifamily development named “The Boulevard”, in Largo, FL. The 3 and 4-story apartment community will consist of 260 units and a variety of resident amenities. Balfour Beatty Communities, a leading provider of property management, development and related real estate services for the multifamily, military, and student housing markets, has been awarded the management contract for the property.
Located along a strategic intersection of Ulmerton Road and Seminole Boulevard that is home to a thriving business and shopping district and within a short drive of the Gulf coast beaches, the Boulevard offers an apartment mix consisting of one, two and three-bedroom units set in seven distinct floor plans. The units will feature nine-foot ceilings and open floor plans, as well as sun rooms, garden tubs, walk-in closets and full-size washer/dryer units. Community amenities will include a wellness center, yoga studio, resort-style outdoor pool and indoor lap pool, pet park, resident services gallery, concierge services and gaming room.

The Boulevard will be managed by Balfour Beatty Communities’ Multifamily Division. The company expects to commence pre-leasing in November with the apartments ready for move-in by spring 2015.
